Reformas integrales de baños — llave en mano
Demolition, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, fittings, silicone, final clean. One person responsible, one price, one date. You will come back to a finished room — not a list of things still to sort out. Demolición, fontanería, impermeabilización, alicatado, sanitarios, silicona y limpieza final. Un responsable, un precio, una fecha. Volverás a un baño terminado, no a una lista de cosas pendientes.
Alicatado y pavimentos
Large format, micro-cement, natural stone, porcelain. Laser-levelled, joints aligned across the whole room. The difference between a tiled wall and a well-tiled wall is a decade of looking at it. Gran formato, microcemento, piedra natural, porcelánico. Nivelado con láser, juntas alineadas en toda la estancia. La diferencia entre alicatar y alicatar bien son diez años mirándolo.
Tarima de ingeniería y suelo laminado
Herringbone, chevron, plank. Acclimatised before it's laid, levelled underneath, finished on site. Coastal humidity is unforgiving — wood installed in a hurry soon shows its defects. Frameless doors, door frames, sliding systems, hardware. Measured to the millimetre and hung so they close with one finger and stay perfectly shut. Puertas enrasadas, marcos, sistemas correderos, herrajes. Medido al milímetro y colgado para que cierre con un dedo y quede perfectamente ajustada.
Obra y carpintería en general
Masonry and timber structures, outdoor decking and bespoke work. If it can be drawn, it can be built — and it will fit perfectly into the space it was designed for. Obra de albañilería y estructuras de madera, tarimas de exterior y trabajos a medida. Si se puede dibujar, se puede construir — y encajará a la perfección en el espacio para el que fue diseñado.

That's a common situation for me. You get progress photos and short videos as it goes, I coordinate access with your concierge or agency, and you will come back to a finished, cleaned property.
